Dear Donna, The epithelial cells found in your urine are squamous cells, which come from the vagina wall. As long as they are not in the large amount, the urinary profile is considered normal. The finding of the crystals in your urine, which is common in the normal people, DOES NOT mean that you have stones somewhere in your urinary tract. The type of the crystal is related to the urine acidity (pH). In your case, the type of the crystal is uric acid, which means that your urine is acid (the pH is low). So, overall appearance of your urine microscopic is normal.
