I have been on Tri-norinyl for almost 9 years with no problems except for the initial weight gain and some headaches. I am thinking of switching to the new pill, Mircette. With the lower dosage of estrogen, would it still be as effective against pregnancy? I will be taking the pill for another 3 years before starting a family and want to do what is best for my health. Thank you for your time.
