Since your ovaries have been removed, it is unlikely that you have ongoing endometriosis, though the damage that was done by the endometriosis, or by the surgery(ies) to deal with the endometriosis, or both, could be causing the pain in the right side of your abdomen and/or pelvis, but no way is the shoulder from endo. The leg and side pain may be from an entrapt nerve. There are nerves that run to the legs ontop of the muscles that form the back of the pelvis. These nerves are at risk with pelvic surgery, especially surgeries that are complicated by lots of inflammation and scarring, such as with endometriosis. Scars from the endo, or the attempt to get the endo out could impinge on these nerves, which could lead to the pain that you describe.
