Hi!

Well I didn't really take the Vitamin E for breast pain. I was relieved that there wasn't a problem, I can stand the pain. I was interested in it (Vit E) for the cardiac protection however, so I thought I might as well take it for the breast pain also. The cardiologists are recommending this (800 I.U.). Not too many women at the age one starts to worry about heart disease hang around this board.

What happened to all the doctors on this forum? Maybe one would have an opinion.
