5 Weeks Post Hysterectomy - Adhesions?

I had a supracervial hysterectomy, with ovaries removed, 5 weeks ago. My energy is finally returning, but I still feel slightly nauseated at times, especially in the morning. Also, I have an extreme tightness around the area where the (8 inch)incision is. This tightness is more uncomfortable than painful - although it is very uncomfortable and prevents me from walking very far or long. Someone told me that nausea and tightness could mean adhesions. Is this true? I have been checked out by the doctor, who says everything is OK, but I didn't mention the idea of adhesions and would appreciate another opinion. Maybe I'm just being paranoid because the recovery is taking so long. Thanks.
