Hi Christi: I am not a physician - but the vast majority of times that I see Premarin prescribed (I work at a Drs office) it is at the dosage of 0.625 mg. Don't know if the symptoms you have are from your Premarin or not.... Maybe someone else here can contribute something more to this info. Surgical menopause, like the natural menopause, can cause a variety of symptoms (I had a TAH/BSO two years ago). I know from personal experience that "brain fog" is one of them! LOL! Be well, Jean
