She was severely sexually abused as a child and has a lot of genital scarring. She has been having very severe pain in the area of her ovaries for the past several months and very heavy bleeding. She wants to go to see a doctor but she is so afraid. Do you know of an organization in my area that we could contact to find a female gynecologist that would be sympathetic and understanding to a sex abuse victim.
