What do you think? > && Just my opinion, but why not try the myo first and see how it goes. You will at least still have your uterus and if it doesn't work, then perhaps opt for the hyst. I would get as much information as possible, and as many opinions too before making a decision. I have no idea what you're like, but I do know that for myself, once I get an idea I tend to be very impatient, and usually I wish I had taken the time to do things a bit more slowly and more thought out.
