It feels as if something is squeezing my kidneys (except the pain is below where these organs are supposed to be located.) I went to urgent care and was told I may have adhesions from the surgery because all the tests for kidney stones, etc. were OK. A muscle relaxer injection worked. Yet when I attempt to squat, I have painm as if my ligaments/tendons are stiffening. I am not new to exercise and it resembles something like internal tendinitis. Does this sound like a postsurgical adhesion problem? I am not interested in further surgery, however.
