Hello Barbara: One good thing to try is taking Vitamin E supplements - I find this to be helpful, plus it is very good for your "heart health" and helps lower cholesterol. I noticed a difference after a week or two of taking the vitamin E. I have been told that the capsules can even be broken and the oil applied locally, though I have not done this myself. I have also heard that the capsules can be inserted vaginally (the capsule will dissolve), but again I have not tried this either. In any event, Vitamin E is a great supplement to take!! Also, maybe a change in your hormone therapy might help as well - it wouldn't hurt to ask your physician about it. Regards, Jean
