Can anyone recommend a non-oestrogen treatment for vaginal dryness? Natural / herbal remedy or cream? I have had a tah-bso and am on Evorel 100 patches, and feel OK on these, but still suffer from dryness. The various direct oestrogen-based products I have tried, cream, suppositories and Estring, give me the most awful burning / itching reaction with soreness and I have to stop using them. Lubricating jelly is not entirely successful and only temporary. Any suggestions will be very welcome. I don't know what to do next! Thanks.
