Premarin Dosage

I am 40, had a TVH in November and a BSO in March and am now taking premarin .9mg each am - I have no hot flahes, no night sweats. But, I do seem to have some 'brain fog' and a 'numb'tongue/butterflies? (That's hard to explain.) I was wondering if perhaps my dosage is too high? I can find all kinds of information on not enough estergon but can't find any information on too much.
