Brown pigment on labia? I know the pigmented spots have been there for a few years and don't appear to have changed that I can see (I am 33) - should I be concerned that it could be cancerous (a form of melanoma or something like that - which is how I noticed it - I was checking for new moles etc.)? I have been taking birth control pills for approx. 5 years. Can it be normal to have pigmented spots in the genital area? Thanks.
