The largest is approx. 6 mths. fetus situated on the outside of the uterous (otherwise very healthy. No abnormal bleeding, minor discomfort on pelvic prior to mensuration and would like to have children in the near future. My gyno is recommending 3 injections of Lupron, 1 per month and a myomectomy will be done in the following month through adnominal incision. What are the disavantages and any side effects associated with using Lupron? Would the abdominal incision hurt my chances of becoming pregnant? Is it possible that I can end-up during surgery having severe bleeding which can lead to hysterectomy? Kindly advise what is the best possible advice for me.
