Hello I had a surgical laproscopy in Feb. and my doctor said the lumps at my incision site were just scar tissue. I'm not sure if your s are the same or not but that may be the case with you too. I would suggest just calling your doctor and asking him. As far as the pain your probably just doing to much too soon. Yet it never hurts to call and ask,better safe than sorry.
