I just attended a Symposium on CPP last week and was fortunate to hear the Top people in this field discuss your condition as well as other causes. On the May 19th update there will be a monograph by Dr. James Carter about Dx and Treatment of CPP. It's HUGE and well worth reading. There will also be another article on the Laproscopy/Hysteroscopy update this month on conditions like yours and treatment plans. Be sure to check them out.
