Denise, Many physicians feel that the addition of a progestin (such as
Provera) to estrogen in women with endometriosis will help prevent pain
associated with residual endometriosis. Might try Prempro or some other
combination such as Combipatch. If you are in that much pain, I would
also consider a course of Lupron prior to any of the above.
