Lori, have you had a tsh blood test done recently? A high tsh means low thyroid (hypothyroidism) which can cause longer periods. But the worst thing you can do to yourself is to stress yourself by worrying. Stress in itself can do major damange. Get checked-out and have the problem taken care of. Check the miningco board on thyroid disease for other symptoms of hypothyroidism. Take care.
