You didn't tell us your age or any other symptoms you are experiencing, so it's difficult to give an intelligent opinion.

Possibilties are: pregnancy; menopause; anovulation due to weight loss, weight gain, thyroid imbalance, stress, high prolactin, etc; impairment to menstrual flow due to a stenotic cervix -- and so on.

Give us soem more info and we may be able to narrow down the possibilities!
