Possibilties are: pregnancy; menopause; anovulation due to weight loss, weight gain, thyroid imbalance, stress, high prolactin, etc; impairment to menstrual flow due to a stenotic cervix -- and so on. Give us soem more info and we may be able to narrow down the possibilities!
