I guess I'll just give this presription a few more months. My breakthrough didn't occur the first month I took this particular medication..but this month, I'm getting the breakthrough about a week before I'm 'due'. If bleeding starts mid=cycle, I will most definitely call/see my gyn. Thanks, Elizabeth
