Seeking advice for next ob/gyn appt -- trying for 9 months to get pregnant

I'd love some advice about things to ask my ob/gyn about when I go in this week for an appointment. My husband and I are both 35 years old and have been trying to get pregnant for 9 months without success. We had a chemical pregnancy or blighted ovum in January -- the pregnancy only lasted a few days. Our first child was a "first try" baby; I was 31 years old when he was born. Now we are getting discouraged. Any advice on questions to ask the doctor -- things we should be doing at this point? My doctor seems to take a real "wait and see" attitude.

Thanks! j and r
