Marchbein, M.D.: "Re: d, irritated vagina" Hi, I'm 19 yrs old and since last week i've been in a lot of pain around the entrance to my vagina. It's red and appears to have small bumps on it. I am still a virgin so it can't be an STD or genital warts, right? My boyfriend was quite rough down there at one point last week but he has no nails. I am too embarrassed to go to a doctor. Have you any idea what this problem might be? It's been irritated for a week now. Itchy, red. Hoping it was just because my boyfriend was rough? please please help.
