I agree wholeheartedly about the caffeine thing! I have fib. breasts too and when they get at all painfull I back off on the cola and chocolate and it works! When I was first diagnosed w/ fib. breasts, I got scared (admittedly I shouldn't have) and went on "anti-cancer" diet (i know, there is no such thing) but I cut down the fat, stopped consuming cola and chocolate altogether, ate lots of veggies and the lumps went away so fat my that doctor was surprised. She gave me 3 months to change my diet and come back for a re-check, they went away in 1.5 months. I believe diet has alot more to do with our health than we realize. I am not a doctor, just a girl w/ breasts. :)
