Free fluid--- what is it? Does this cause more concern,to the doctor,if the pt has endometriosis......and 2 cysts ,one on each ovary? Cysts are clear with fluid. Maybe, possible endometrioma..going back for follow-up TVS after period..... Just trying to understand as much of this as possible before next appt.Thanks.
