When you prefer to have periods, you can take Premphase. This will induce cyclic bleeding every month on a predictable day in 90% of the women. Periods are NOT necessary. With Prempro most women become completely without periods. But in the first months 40-60% are bleeding on an unpredictable way, sometimes only spotting, sometimes more bleeding. But in terms of endometrial cancer it is completely safe.
