Dear Jill,

I do sincerely hope all is going well with your pregnancy and the baby is fine.

I do think you need to call your attending physician on Monday or if you think you have something wrong now then call the answering service and ask to speak to him/her. You have said you are afraid and if this is how you feel then please call your caregiver.

I think it's time to remind everyone that one of the things we like you to do when posting to the forum is to not request a medical professional by name in the subject line.

This is for several reasons:

One, it puts undue presure on the named person to answer.

Two, it does not allow other interested medical professionals to comment on the post without feeling like they should not answer.

So with all of these things in mind and I know you understand; I do think you should call your physician on the phone and discuss the same things you are writing to the forum about. I am sure he/she can answer your questions as he/she is the real person that knows you. We try to help as best we can but remember this is only the Internet and can never be like a real talk with a real person.

Sincerely, Barbara At Sat, 24 Apr 1999, Jill wrote: >
