Has the bladder infection been diagnosed by culture of a catheterized urine specimen? If not, this could well be something other than a bladder infection. Some people are allergic or sensitivve to some proteins or enzymes in saliva. This could cause an inflammatory response which could cause burning with urination. If placing a rubber dental dam or a female condom over the area during cunnilingus prevents a recurrence of the symptoms, this would tend to make one believe in this etiology.
