This is the second time I am posting this because I am almost done with school and therefore access to the internet. About a year ago I started getting bladder infections quite regularly after sex, especially after oral sex. I asked my doctor, and she gave me Amoxicillin, which I am suppose to take every time after sexual intercourse. I have now noticed that the only time that I get the infections is after my boyfriend performs oral sex. I take the pills, but I am wondering if anyone knows how I might cure this instead of doing this ongoing treatment. I am also on the pill, so this kind of defeats the purpose. Is there anything else that could be causing the infections? I don't want to keep having to take the antiboitic everytime we have oral sex. We have both been tested for STD's and AIDs about once a year for over three years, so both of us are fine. Anyone's ideas would be very appreciated.
