I am 49. I also had a hyster. 2 years ago for fibroids. The stress incontinence continued to get worse. Kegals did not work. I reached a point that I knew I had to have it done. I also have had 4 children, so muscles were probably weakened. One year ago, I had a suspension -done with the scope. It was a good decision for me. I do have a problem with leakage if I cough very hard and if I have vomiting. Otherwise it has been great. I do alot of running and aerobics- not a problem at all! Hope this helps you. Anne
