Good evening, this is my first time posting here. My question is, is it common for 3 tiny fibroids (pea-sized), one pressed against an ovary, to cause anywhere from mild to severe cramps/ovary/pelvic pain (plus backache and spotting) *every day*? This is what I've been experiencing for the past 4 months. My experience started w/ painful periods in my late teens, and got worse over the years (unusual, since I've been on bcps for 9 1/2 years); now my pain is constant. I had a laparoscopy; my gyn (not an endometriosis expert) said it was clear. All my other specialists (including new gyn) think she may have overlooked microscopic endo. I need to know if the fibroids could really cause this much pain. I am on vicoprofen everyday and I am on a/ds and ativan b/c of this. I am only 26 and this pain is killing my spirit. roja
