I'm waiting to hear a professional's reply to this one, too! I recently switched from Premarin to Estratest because of lack of libido, and at the same time the dr. gave me a prescription for Prozac. After six weeks, I called the GYN and said I was having trouble sleeping, and she switched me to Estratab, but I'm still awake almost all night. Did it help when you started taking the estrogen in the evening?
