Re: Two ectopic pregnancies in the same tube: how come? From: anneminke (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 6 Apr 1999 16:16:04 -0500 (CDT)
Melissa, Much to my surprise I noted that you reposted an old question of mine, so I thought you might be interested of what has become of me. Well, according to my ObGyn here in Holland (I had been hospitalized for the second ectopic in Italy during my vacation) it is possible for a pregancy to settle in the remains of the already removed tube, in the little stump that is still there. It was extremely unfortunate that this happened, but at the same time I had been extremely lucky that this one didn't settle into my remaining, healthy tube! So lucky, in fact, that I am now 37 weeks pregnant with a little baby-girl! I do hope this is the answer you were looking for!
