Antiphos. antibodies: risk to mother from pregnancy?

I saw this question on the archives, but it wasn't answered, and if anybody knows the answer I'd be interested to find out. Does a pregnant woman have a higher chance of HELLP syndrome, pre-eclampsia, or other complications of pregnancy if she is positive for antiphospholipid antibodies? I have seen some hinting around at this on the archives, but nothing definitive.

Thanks for your time.
