Bactrim is a sulfa antibiotic and doesn't cause the same sort of interruptions with bcp's as others such as penicillin, etc. You shouldnt have to alter the way you take your pills at all. If it would make you feel safer you could use a condom, or foam or something just as a backup, but it shouldnt be necessary.
