I am vacationing in Colorado on a ski trip. I had to go see a doctor here at the resort because of a nasty URI (I have asthma). He put me on bactrim for 10 days. I asked him about my BCP's (ortho novum 1/35). He said he looked it up in the PDR and their were no problems. The pharmacist said it would be. I'm going to take my last pill of a pack tonight and would start a new pack tomorrow (I don't take a break b/c of migraines). What should I do? Should I just stop taking BCP while on the antibiotics and start the new pack when I'm done? How long will I not be fully protected against pregnancy? I would call my OB/GYN but I don't have his number and I don't think I could geta call back out of state anyway. Could someone here please help? Thank you, Ann
