The concerns about antibiotic/OCP interactions have been grossly overstated in the popular mind, and you are really at very little increase of risk for pregnancy from taking the 2 together. However, you can go ahead and use your pill as you usually do, and use condoms for this cycle as well, if you want to be as safe as you possibly can be.
