Hi Colleen - Symptoms can start as early as 7-10 days dpo, and yes fatigue is one big sign, tingly, or sore nipples is another. Metallic taste in your mouth, frequent urination, nausea is another. It's amazing to me how quickly women are wanting to find out if they are pregnant. It used to be, that you would wait 2 full weeks past your missed period, then test:) Now days some clinics will administer blood tests for HCG levels 10 day past ovulation. I'd just make sure you get enough rest, drink adequate water, eat well, and just wait until the day you are to start your period. If you do not start your period, then test:) Marna Gatlin Doula
