Spotting? I have already asked about scarring after having laser surgery on my cervix for warts. I have given some information on spotting after intercourse. I guess now my next question is what should be my next course of action. I mentioned I have been to a Physicans Assistant, I really like her. I have made an appointment for tomorrow,(Thurs the 1st) just for a consult. Go over pap dn blood work that all came back normal. but also to ask her questions. Since my medical history is not real big I have never had to ask alot of questions, but with this I do. For 4 days mid cycle last month I had a brownish discharge and then it was gone. Period arrived on day 32 and was normal for me, which is heavy and with lots of clots. Then on day 11 after the start of my period I started the brown spotting again, this is when I called for an appt, this was the first time for me seeing her. She did a pap, which I hadn't had for 3 years, also the lab work and all has since come back fine. This appt was on Mar 25th. Yesterday they called with all the test results and couldn't answer all my questions so that is why the appt tomorrow. But I am unsure of what questions to ask. 2 days ago, after 2 days of no spotting and after having sex, the spotting returned and was bright but light pink, turning to more period like by afternoon, then by evening was better. Still had some dark brown spotting this morning and have had none this afternoon. Some slight cramping on the left side. I am 39, had a tubal 10 yrs ago, had laser surgery 11 yrs ago to remove warts on cervix and have had clear paps since. I am overweight, 220 and 5 foot 4 inches tall. Sorry this is so long but want to ask the most important questions while I have her time............
