Susan, can you please explain to us why you would consider this to be
illegal?  All this physician is doing from my point of view is encouraging
and empowering her patients.  I am a Doula, and sorry to disagree with you,
but a lot of birthing issues are mind over matter and can be resolved with
the proper education, empowerment, etc...That isn't saying *all* birth
issues can be resolved that way.

If she made iron clad promises and kept her percentages that way regardless of the mother, her health or the health of the baby, then of course there would be an issues, but after reading this article I don't this OB, isn't doing this at all.
