I am trying to find a new Obgyn that is open or at least knows of this procedure. I was scheduled to have one performed at Stanford but my insurance denied the procedure saying it was "not a proven or safe gynecological procedure" My OBGYN really didn't know much about this procedure except what I told her. Yet she was willing to refer me because my condition is getting worse... anemia,heavy, heavy bleeding,growing fibroids, discomfort. I could sure use any advise or direction at this point.
