May I ask if there are lawyers who practice primarily with medical issue as there are those that deal with other specialties? I would imagine there are a lot of subtleties and that it's easy to determine what's 'legal' and what is not.

May I also put in my brief opinion that I don't believe women are merely children who must be told what they want to here. When having children, or dealing with the every day world, all people should be given the common courtesty of being treated as intelligent individuals and having the ability to decide some matters on their. I think if each person reflected upon this, they might reconsider how others are manipulated because another person 'thought' they knew what was best for them.

Thank you, Susan

(on other thing, I believe if a physician 'tells' his/her patient that everything is fine, then an 'implied' promise is made. Semantics isn't something that would hold up in court would it?)
