McIntosh, MD: "Re: Fenton's Release" My gynaecologist has advised me that I need an operation called Fenton's Release. She is away on leave until mid-April and I am desperate to find out additional information as to what exactly this operation entails - other than the fact that I know a plastic surgeon will be involved too. Obviously my condition will require reconstructive surgery, but I don't know any more than that. Until I have this operation I cannot have sex, children or even use ordinary tampons.
