One thing that helped tremendously was taking Zoloft (anti-depressant). I was able to handle the hot flashes, etc. better because my mood swings were under control. As we all know, endo is not an easy thing to handle, but please do your research on lupron and hysterecomy before you make a decision. I've read about women who have hyst and the pain returns.
