Glad to hear things seem a.o.k w/you. I hope that genetics win out for you as well. For myself, I didn't notice anything after the birth of my first child, but that's where all the damage occurred although it was very mild. The prolapse didn't show up until after the delivery of my second child, even though is was a breeze of a labor compared to the first on.

First one was 40 hours..induced...I had 'maternal' fever of 102 and the baby was deliver via vacuum, fundal pressure along w/a 4th degree episiotomy. Baby was born on due date and over 9 lbs. Second delivery, induced early, 12 hour labor and 5 pushes to deliver another 9 lb baby.

May I ask how your delivery was? Great that you're doing kegels to help strengthen your pelvic floor.
