I'm actually 6 months postpartum.(new computer) I have been doing kegels for 4&1/2 months, my ob wanted me to wait until things were well on there way to being healed before I started. I forgot to ask him how many or how long though. I was not examined standing up but he did ask me to "bear down" and he didn't say anything about it. At that time I had never heard of prolapses. Since giving birth I have been doing reading,in books and on this forum. Are there any symptoms I should watch for? Thanks a lot for your time! Nat
