Mary - I can identify - have a headache weighing options - had pap then biopsy, cervix fine - found endometrial cells - - had biopsy and Dr. wanted to do hysterectomy right away - a military gyn. wanted to do a d&c with the hysteroscopy - and an oncologist.gyn gave me the cho8ice of hormones or hysterectomy - I have never found so many different opinions - I checked out every book the library had on menopause/hysterectomies - but as a young Doctor I saw today to get refill said to me - us in the white uniforms can't make that decision - - The oncologist.gyn I am seeing was my daughters - as she was on duty and saved my daughterslife - but a little leery when she introduced me to her nurse and said "Here is another cancer patient" - almost tempted not to do anything except take 20 mg of provera a day .
