A number of things can cause this, including but not limited to: hormonal changes/imbalances(including thyroid), stress, changes in diet and/or exercise, pregnancy, which you have mentioned above.

You may wish to consult with your doctor to rule out possible causes, and you may be given medication to bring on a period, or the pill to help you get regulated.
