Myomectomies are quite bloody surgeries that can be performed both abdominally or laparoscopically. Doing them through the scope is tough, and not that many docs do it that way. I have done a few, and I am not sure that this is such a good way. Technically difficult, long, long operating time, sometimes some compromises with results. If bleeding starts, it can be very difficult to control. If you were to do it that way, you should find someone who has done a lot of them.
