The post coital bleeeding may have to do with a polyp in the uterus. Ohter possbility is there may be tearing of the vaginal wall during intercourse if there is not enough lubrication. I would bet that a polyp is probably responsible. A sonohysterogram or hysteroscopy would help evaluate. ob/gyn m.d.
