Your doctor ahould have a pamphlet from the American College of Ob/Gyn entitled "Disorders of the Cervix". This pamphlet has about the best true info around. CIN 3 in fact is catagorized as "carcinoma-in-situ", meaning that it is a localized cancer. It has not spread, and treatments are very successful. There are several treatment options, the most popular and successful now is the LEEP procedure (there's also an ACOG pamphlet on this). You should not have problems getting or remaining pregnant, although depending on treatment, you may need to be evaluated more frequently during pregnancy for pre-term delivery. Good luck.
